DELIVERY
please bear in mind all candles are made to order. They may not get dispatched Next Working Day although, I will endeavour to get them out as soon as possible, depending on the size of the order.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are querying the progress of your order.
For standard delivery I use Evri as my main Courier. For faster and more prompt deliveries I will use DPD/Royal Mail.
I will always provide tracking information to each customer.
If you have chosen an Evri courier as your choice of delivery and your item has not been dispatched during the 3-5 working day time frame, I will dispatch Next Working Day as soon as Possible using the Evri Courier.
