Candle Burning & Safety Warning:
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, children and pets. Trim the wick to approximately 5mm (¼ inch) before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly towards the edges of the container to help prevent tunnelling. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended or place near anything that could catch fire. Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and other debris. Stop using the candle when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container. Allow the candle to cool completely before handling or relighting.
