Art Sales Policy

Sales and Order Finality

All artwork is created with individual attention and intention. For this reason, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customer Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout. Orders will be dispatched to the address provided, and refunds or replacements cannot be issued for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Reporting Damages

Each piece is packaged with care to protect its craftsmanship. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, this must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
To assess the issue, please provide clear photographs of:

• The damaged artwork
• The internal and external packaging
• The shipping label

   

  Reports made after the 72‑hour window cannot be accepted.

  Delivery Confirmation

  Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, the order is considered complete. No refunds or replacements can be offered for items recorded as delivered.

  Packaging and Dispatch

  All artwork is sent in a secure, protective boxdesigned to safeguard the piece during transit. Every order includes tracking, allowing you to follow its journey from studio to doorstep.
